Recently, I found myself unable to practice for more than an hour at a time due to excruciating back pain.  Standing up for a stretch or walking around offered little relief.  Have you ever faced similar challenges?

Practice yoga every day

Get off your stool

You need to change from sedentary and get out of your chair more often.For example, if you need to practice for 3 hours, you can divide it into three segments. Every 1 hour, relax for a few minutes, stand up and walk around, and move your shoulders.
