How do I know if an item is available?

On each product if the stock is indicated then the item is avaible.

This means that the product could be prepared and shipped within 24 hours by our team.

When back ordering then it will have an additional delay that is added to the delivery time.

How to use promotional code ?

To use a promotional code go on the checkout page and click on the “Click to enter your code”.

Then enter your code and click on the button “Apply coupon”.

How long does it take to receive the items?

If you are in the USA and the product is in stock it will be delivered under 15 days.

Outside of the USA, we deliver under 30 days when the product is in stock.

If the product is out of stock then it will be delivered with the the in stock period once it is back in stock.

What are the shipping methods and costs?

Our shipping method is UPS.

Concerning the cost you do not have to worry all shipping are free on the website.

How do I track the status of my order?

To track your order just enter the tracking code provided in your shipping email on UPS tracking system.

If you didn’t received that email you can reach us at contact@benchoom.com to get your tracking code.

Is the purchase on Benchoom website secure?

We use the latest technology to protect your payment data and ensure that it is handled in a secure environment.

What payment methods are allowed on Benchoom website?

The Benchoom eshop accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Paypal.

Is it possible to pay in installments?

We offer payment in 4 installments with Paypal.

Do you accept gift certificates?

Unfortunately we do not accept gift certificates at this time.

When will I be cashed out?

Your purchase will be charged at the time of checkout.

Some banks operate on deferred payment: a pre-authorization is displayed and the actual charges will be billed later.

If this is not the case, we recommend that you contact your banking institution to expedite the release of the pre-authorization.

Can I change my order after checkout?

After finalizing your purchase, it will not be possible to modify it if it is already in preparation.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order as soon as it is finalized detailing all the information of your order.

How do I get an invoice?

An email will be sent to you with the invoice once the product is delivered.

You can also download the invoice from your account page.

Finally, you can contact us at contact@benchoom.com to obtain your invoice.

Please make sure you enter the correct billing address when placing your order, as this cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

What products are eligible for return and refund?

Damaged items are eligible for return and refund.

You can contact us at contact@benchooom.com to either ask an exchange of the damaged pieces or a refund.

When will you be reimbursed?

Once the return is validated, we will refund the amount of your order within 30 days. The refunded amount will be transferred to the account that was used for payment.

How to cancel an order?


To cancel an order, simply contact our Customer Service via the “contact us” tab at the bottom of our website or send us an email at the following address: contact@benchoom.com

Two cases will then arise:

Either your package has already been shipped by us and is already in the hands of our carrier. It will not be possible for us to cancel the order.

Either your package has not yet been shipped by us, we can then cancel your order and make a refund.

I received a damaged/defective product, what should I do?

If you receive a damaged item, please report it to us upon receipt by emailing us at contact@benchoom.com with a photo of the shipping carton (carrier label visible) as well as the item received.
We will find a replacement for you as soon as possible.

Are exchanges accepted?

If for any reason you are not happy with the color or design, you can exchange the product.

Please email us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will gladly exchange it for you.

You will need to have all original parts and packaging as well. There will be a 20% restocking fee applied. You are also responsible for covering the return fee and original shipping costs unless approved to be waived by management.
